"Peter Banning is a successful corporate lawyer living in San Francisco who spends more time at work than with his wife Moira and children Jack and Maggie. Although Peter is able to see Maggie's school play, he misses Jack's baseball game, breaking his promise. The Bannings fly to London to visit Moira's grandmother, Wendy Darling, to celebrate her charity work for orphans, which once included Peter.
